1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch:

    • If payment was made using a credit/debit card, the refund will be processed to the same account within 5-7 business days.
  • After Dispatch:
    • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may follow our return and refund process outlined below.

1.2 Cancellation by Levels4u

  • Levels4u reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion due to reasons including, but not limited to:
    • Product unavailability
    • Errors in pricing or product information
    • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

2. Return and Refund

2.1 Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return and refund under the following conditions:
    • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
    • The product received is incorrect (i.e., different from what you ordered).
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging, accessories, and any documentation.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup of the product from your location.

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • In case a replacement product is not available, a full refund will be issued instead.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain items are non-refundable and non-returnable, including:
